Tō Tātou Ara - Our Way
PB4L (Positive Behaviour For Learning) is a Ministry of Education based contract that our school has been working with since 2017.
To build on our school culture using our 4 values Respect-Whakaute, Resilience - Manawaroa, Excellence - Rawe, and Integrity - Ngākau Tapatahi we have developed our School wide behaviour expectations matrix. This has had input from both staff and students. The matrix has a number of indicators for each value, what we see each of these values looking and sounding like for our students.
Through Our Way – Tō Tātou Ara (PB4L), we teach and model these positive behaviours so we can work and learn together. In sharing these with our school family community, we encourage you to use them at home and build a strong home-school partnership with a shared language and expectations.
