Customer account top ups: POLi transfers are free of charge. Families can reduce the impact of this by topping up for several items at once (e.g. adding more funds to their account than they immediately need and using the balance over time) or by using internet banking (1-2 days clearance) which continues to be free of charge. AP's continue free of charge and provide a good way to ensure funds are available when needed.
