Cultural

At Maraetai beach School we place importance on recognising and acknowledging the different families and cultures within our school community.

In the past, we held a Cultural Day to celebrate the learning that took place during our integrated inquiry Mana Te Ao - The World is Ours.

We have a very strong Kapa Haka group who practise every week and perform at a wide range of school events.
